By accessing or using Roundmatic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roundmatic is an autonomous app development platform that uses AI agents to build, test, and deploy mobile applications. The Service includes access to AI-powered build pipelines, code generation, QA testing, design tools, and app store submission assistance.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered through subscription plans (Free, Lite, Pro, Max) with varying features and credit allowances. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.1 Credits

Credits are consumed when using pipeline stages. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods on monthly plans.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, code, and assets generated through the Service for your projects. Roundmatic retains ownership of the platform, AI agents, and all underlying technology.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate malicious, harmful, or illegal applications; (b) violate any laws or regulations; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or AI agents; (e) exceed your plan's usage limits through technical means.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not use your project data, code, or assets to train AI models.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated apps will be accepted by app stores or that they will be free of bugs or errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Roundmatic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
